Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped to an address within the United States. This does not include returns or exchanges.
There is a US$10 Flat Rate shipping charge on all orders shipped to an address outside of the United States of America.
We are based in North Carolina. We sell at local fairs and markets. Our dates and locations are posted on our Instagram page (follow us at @eugenebrill). But you don’t have to wait, our products are always available from our online website.
Depending on the product, our orders are shipped out from fulfillment center in North Carolina or from the warehouses of our suppliers in the USA.
Between 5 and 7 days after printed or produced. Depending on order size and what products are ordered.
How do your shirts fit? Our shirts fit with a modern, athletic fit. If you have a fit question, please contact us and we will recommend a good size for you based on your height, weight and fit preferences.
We do not have a dedicated customer service line available currently. However, we return emails very quickly and promise to make your email a priority if you need us. Additionally, from our Contact form a request we can set up a return phone call, by appointment. Also see our About Us page.

For online orders, we accept returns in new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn for a store credit within 25 days of purchase. Our return instructions can be found here.
